Rockford JV Boys Basketball Win vs. East Kentwood (72-54)

Rockford JV Boys started off league play with a tough win over East Kentwood. Mason Smith led all scorers with 23 points. Drew Smith contributed 13 points and Wyatt Bjork added 10. Jack Cummings stayed composed under relentless ball pressure by EK and was able to keep the Rockford offense running. Jack Lundberg stepped up defensively and provided defensive pressure on Kentwood's talented backcourt throughout the contest. Rockford JV Boys play next at Hudsonville on Friday, January 16th at 4 pm.
