ROCKFORD ATHLETICS I HOME OF THE RAMS

The JV Rams overcame a slow start and defeated a very tough and talented Hudsonville team. Down 20-4 after the first quarter, the Rams started to slowly battle back and went into halftime down 28-15. Defense led to an offensive outburst and 21-0 run in the 3rd quarter where the Rams took their first lead. The Rams were able to hold on down the stretch with the team taking care of the ball under pressure and clutch free throws from Wyatt Bjork to close out the game. Wyatt Bjork led the Rams in scoring with 15 points. Cade Lewkowski threw in 12 points while Jake Lundberg and Mason Smith each contributed 10. The JV Rams play at home on Tuesday, January 20th vs. Grandville at 4 pm.
