This game as a battle throughout with both teams exchanging goals from the start till the finish. Jessie Coyle put the Rams on top 10-9 very late in the 4th quarter. The Forest Hill Bird Dogs were not going down without a fight. They were awarded a free position in the waning seconds, but Rockford Goalie Kinley Luciw came up big with her most exciting save of the season to preserve the Rams victory.
