ROCKFORD ATHLETICS I HOME OF THE RAMS

The Rams battled throughout this contest. After a scoreless first period, DCD was able to tally the first goal of the contest to take a 1-0 lead into halftime. The Rams continued to play hard. The Rams would get a great opportunity to tie the game with just 2:30 left in the game. The Rams earned a penalty corner and would get off a really good shot by the DCD Goalie rose to the occasion and denied the Rams the equalizer. DCD would extend their lead off a penalty corner of their own a minute later to seal the victory. The Rams return to action on Friday at East Grand Rapids @ 10:00 AM when they face one of the top teams in the state in Chelsea High School.
