Girls Swim & Dive Continue to Roll Against Conference Foes, Down East Kentwood

The Rockford Girls Swim & Dive program marched out of the Kentwood Aquatic Center one conference win stronger Thursday, grounding the Falcons 230-84. Continuing on to 3-0 in OK-RED Conference play. Rockford swimmers and divers were showing the fruits of their labors all over the pool on Thursday. The Rams left with 16 season best time or score, 28 personal bests, one new personal varsity letter, seven individual and two relay MISCA Meet cut times or scores, and three new individual MHSAA Division 1 state championship times. Rockford remains tied atop the OK-RED with the Hudsonville Eagles after their win Thursday night, while Grand Haven's win moves them out of a tie with West Ottawa up into third, followed by West Ottawa in fourth, and East Kentwood and Grandville tied at sixth.
