The Rams completed their last regular season race on Saturday competing in the Kent County Invite. All the Rams competed in the 5,000 Meter Long Course division in the uniquely formatted team competition. Junior Daisy Cox led the Rams with a 3rd place finish. The Rams had two seniors post lifetime best performances. Alyssa Mertes raced to a PR of 20:28.18 and Sienna Magg raced a PR of 24:43.38. Sophomore Keagan Mulka and Junior Reese Defrang posted season best times when they raced times of 20:17.72 and 20:31.19. The Rams head into Championship season this week with the OK Red Conference Championships being held at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids. Racing begins at 4:00.
