ROCKFORD ATHLETICS I HOME OF THE RAMS

The Rams raced at the Kent County Invite this past Saturday having people race in the 5000 Meter Long Course division and the 3200 Meter Short Course division. The long course division saw Junior Josiah Derksen race to a winning finish in a new personal record time of 16:01.9. Sophomores Brendan McAuliffe and Daniel Stout also raced to personal records in posting times of 17:49.63 and 20:34.38 respectively. The short course division saw Junior Addison Duffendach lead the Rams with a 24th place finish. The Rams head into Championship Season with the OK Red Conference Championships being raced at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids on Thursday evening. Racing begins at 4:00.
